BXN Studio policies

• For your convenience, we accept Cash (exact amount), Zelle, ApplePay, GooglePay, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. 
• Gratuities are greatly appreciated but never expected.
• Card information is encrypted and stored to your customer profile to be used in accordance with our no-show/cancellation policy.
• We will NOT process "Card On File" payments for security purposes. Please bring a form of payment to your appointment.

Please arrive promptly to your appointment with BXN. If you think you may be late for your appointment, please notify the studio at your earliest convenience. 

• We have a 10 minute grace period. Anything after that 10 mins, delays all other appointments for that day. 
• If we are able to accommodate your appointment that day, then a 15% late fee will be added to your service. 
• If we are not able to accommodate your appointment, you will be asked reschedule and a 25% reschedule fee will be collected. 

• You may reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment. After the 24 hour mark, you will not be able to make any changes to your appointment online and you will need to contact BXN directly. 
• Any reschedule made within 24 hours notice, will result in a reschedule fee and will be applied to your next appointment.
• Reschedule Fee: 20% of the service(s) booked, excluding promotions and discounts.

• You may cancel your appointment online up to 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment. After the 24 hour mark, you will not be able to make any changes to your appointment online and you will need to contact BXN directly. 
• Any cancellation made within 24 hours notice will result in a late cancellation fee and will be charged to the card on file.
• Cancellation Fee: 50% of the service(s) booked, excluding promotions and discounts. 

Please understand that when you no show your appointment, we are unable to fill that appointment, which means that we lose money and clients who needed to get in miss out.

• No Show Fee: 100% charge of the service(s) booked, excluding promotions and discounts. No exceptions.
• If you now show your appointment with BXN, your booking privileges will be revoked and you will no longer be able to schedule any future services with BXN..
